Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Position: Location: Salary: Type:
Vice President of Sales and Marketing France Between 150-200K Permanent

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy for the hydrogen powered vehicles coupled with fuelling stations and fuel, a complete solution sales to customers.
  • Grow and manage a team of regional directors/representatives in order to deliver annual KPI and sales targets.
  • Deliver year on year growth in unit sales and revenue for the business line.
  • Evaluate and open new markets for the product globally.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the product can be sold in-country. This may include JVs, supply networks etc.

The Profile:

  • An individual that has proven sales and marketing experience in their field. Ideally with experience increasing the sales of a company since joining.
  • Experience in either fleet or solution sales for the hydrogen or EV market across the EU region.
  • An ability to deal with ambiguity and create something in a fluid fast paced market. Having the sales acumen to develop a clear short to long term strategy.
  • Must have a “can do” attitude, finding a way to make things happen versus why they might not.
  • The new hire should be persuasive, approachable and a high level strategic thinker whilst holding excellent sales competencies.
  • This person must above all be entrepreneurial and wanting to create and build a business that will have a positive impact on the world and environment.
