BOSS Energy are working with an industry leading fabrication facility in China to develop their LNG/Module department. The business is one of the most successful yards in China and count BP, Shell and multiple Tier 1 EPCs amongst their clients. They would like to extend their capaiblities in onshore modularisation and are looking to develop a senior advisory panel to achieve this goal.

 

The position is for a senior level Proposal/Bidding advisor to ensue that all bids are correctly prepared to international standards. This is critical in making the business competitvie and will be a key hire. They are seeking profiles from major EPCs, that have worked on world renowned LNG projects either in commercial, proposals or contracts departments.

 

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for the client by developing proposals and bid strategies
• Formulate and compile bids for internaitonal module based projects
• Guide and develop the clietns knowledge base on how to adhere to best practice
• Lead, develop and implement proposal directives and other opportunity response plans and monitor progress
• Lead and coordinate and develop sales documents using applicable tools, guidelines, and templates

• Organize and participate in response-related meetings (internal and/or client), as appropriate.
• Develop draft sections of sales documents, including original writing, that communicate value and support the sales message
• Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.

Core Competencies

• Relevant Degree Education
• Minimum 10 – 15 years’ industry experience
• LNG Proposals background within a Tier 1 EPC
