BOSS Energy has been selected by based, global owner operator to locate a GM for an EPC fabricators facility in SE Asia. We are seeking a dynamic, innovate and cultured individual that has the experience developing and overseeing large scale fabrication facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgets; establishes yard and departmental goals.
• Ensures compliance with all Safety, Quality, Company and Regulatory directives; directs activities in areas of safety and personnel, production, scheduling, material handling, and quality.
• Integrates functions in a multi-discipline work environment.
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organisational priorities.
• Directs and coordinates construction and fabrication activities.
• Assume in project management role overseeing all projects related works.
• Confers with Engineering and Business development Department to ensure coordination of purchasing and production.
• Prepares annual budgets, projections and reports.

Key Competencies

• Relevant Degree in Engineering
• Min 20 years exp in related with 8 years as a Project or Construction in a Sr management level
• In depth knowledge of Project and construction functions associated with yard management
• Experience in offshore EPC projects , Topside and Module construction
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
